What data is collected

• Data you send us: when you write on WhatsApp or by email (name, phone, email and whatever you choose to tell us about your consultation). That data is used solely to reply and arrange the consultation.
• Browsing data: this site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure visits in aggregate (pages viewed, device, traffic source). Google may use cookies for that purpose. No advertising pixels are loaded and no health data is collected through the website.

Purpose and retention

Contact data is kept for as long as the consultation relationship lasts or until you request its deletion. Clinical information is managed in the office's medical records, under professional secrecy, and never through this website.

Cookies

Measurement cookies can be disabled in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out extension. The site works without them. YouTube videos are loaded in privacy-enhanced mode (no cookies until you choose to play them).

Your rights

Under Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, you can access, rectify or delete your data by writing to info@drjorrat.com.ar. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the supervisory authority for Law 25.326, handles complaints regarding non-compliance with data-protection rules. If you are in the EU or the UK, the same rights apply on request.

Transfers

Google services (Analytics, YouTube) and Meta services (WhatsApp, Instagram) may process data outside Argentina, under their own policies.
